September 11 - Art in Forage
Join us Thursday, September 11, from 6–8 PM for the fourth installment of
STONE + SCRATCH, a monthly series pairing artist talks with seasonal tastings
inside the Hilltop House – the mid-century, artist-designed home of Art Park
founders Dorothy and Robert Riester.
This last STONE + SCRATCH of the season features Art in Forage, an exhibition
of foraged assemblages curated by former Stone Quarry Visiting Artist
Elizabeth Schoonmaker. Art in Forage encompasses anything, natural or synthetic,
junk or treasure, and the process emphasizes a connection
with the world that is both artistic and playful. Works by artists will be
displayed inside and outside the Hilltop House.
